ABOUT MY COACHING

As a Certified Embodiment Coach, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate inner resilience to manage stress more effectively. My approach is rooted in the belief that the body holds the key to unlocking lasting emotional well-being. Through personalized, body-centered techniques, I guide clients to release tension, build awareness, and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. 

Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your sense of balance and calm. My practice blends my extensive knowledge and training in body based health care practices such as massage, craniosacral therapy, and physiotherapy with somatic awareness of internal felt senses, movement, and sound to help you tap into the wisdom of your body and make lasting changes.

Embodiment Coaching

1:1 Coaching Sessions 

An Embodiment Coaching session is a time to explore the body's wisdom. By using the 4 pillars of embodiment: Awareness, Breath, Movement, and Sound we will uncover truths about what you need in difficult times, what your boundaries are, how to resource yourself, and so much more.

In these 75-minute sessions we will define goals and learn to use the body as a guidance system. We will also feel in to specific situations & challenges, illuminate the root sensations and causes of your reactions, and find embodiment tools to calm and resource your nervous system in the moment.
